We confirm the scope, professional fee, what is included and any known third-party costs in writing. A starting price does not imply that every matter at that service level has the same complexity or responsibility. For selected Spain, Italy or Greece matters, fees of jurisdiction-specific local counsel or independent specialists are confirmed separately unless the written quote expressly includes them.
VAT may apply. Where the current service register does not state a confirmed price unit, the written quote will do so.
